What is it about?

This forum is dedicated to supporting you in your role as an HSR. You’ll gain valuable insights into how WorkSafe can assist you, learn best practices from subject matter experts and hear from other HSRs on their knowledge and experience in the role.

• Navigating the new HSR Matters website – Learn how to find the resources you need quickly and easily.
• Understanding the powers and functions of an HSR – Know your rights and responsibilities under the law.
• Writing provisional improvement notices (PINs) – The do’s and don’ts when issuing a PIN.
• Responding to psychosocial risks – How to manage and respond to psychosocial risk reports effectively.
