Operating as an approved provider
To become an approved training provider for HSR training, a provider must be an RTO accredited by the Training Accreditation Council or the Australian Skills Quality Authority
Work Health and Safety Commission
The Work Health and Safety Commission is a tripartite body made up of worker, employer and government representatives as well as work health and safety experts.
The WHS Act 2020 provides that HSR training must be provided through a course of training that is approved by the Commission.
Terms and conditions
This guidance sets out the specific terms and conditions to conduct HSR training and the associated administrative procedures to help uphold public and industry confidence in the quality of HSR training in Western Australia.
